Project Manager (m/f/d) – Full-time
FRAMED immersive projects GmbH & Co. KG develops location- and context-based audio experiences under the brand usomo for exhibitions, museums, and public spaces. Our projects combine technology, creativity, and storytelling.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technically savvy, hands-on, and dynamic Project Manager (m/f/d) to join us full-time as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful implementation of our projects in close collaboration with the technical and creative teams
- Plan, negotiate, and implement complex projects in the areas of sound production, media technology, and spatial installations with economic responsibility
- Brief and manage interdisciplinary teams of employees, freelancers, and external service providers
- Prepare, conduct, and follow up on client meetings and internal team meetings
- Compile, manage, and organize project data
- Create and monitor project schedules
- Monitor project progress, including project controlling
- Coordinate on-site installations (you will be the point of contact on-site)
Your profile:
- Completed university degree or solid professional experience in communications management, business administration, media technology, or event management
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, ideally in the areas of event, art, or sound management
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain an overview even in complex projects
- Outstanding communication skills and negotiation abilities
- Strong sense of responsibility, hands-on mentality, and a team spirit
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for sound installations, art, and innovative experiences
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for international project work
